Rule 23
Listing and Renewal of Securities
:
(1) After receiving an application for the listing of securities in accordance with Rule 22, if the securities market considers it appropriate to list the securities after conducting the necessary investigation, it shall list the securities within thirty days from the date of receipt of the application and inform the applicant in the format as per Schedule-10. Information should be given.
(2) An organized organization that has listed its securities in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall renew its securities listing by paying the annual fee specified in Schedule-9 within three months of the end of each financial year.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), securities whose listing has not been renewed cannot be exchanged.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules (1) and (2), securities exchanges exempted from registration under the Act
